Oh my achin' Back

Most women experience some type of lower back pain during pregnancy.  I mean really, how often do you go around with an extra 20lbs strapped to the front of your belly?  Lower back pain in part is the bodies response to the added weight you are carrying as well as ligaments loosening with hormonal changes in pregnancy.  Strengthening the abdominal muscles prior to pregnancy can help with this pain.  Also make sure that you are keeping good body posture while you are bending over or lifting other objects and children.  Bend at the knees and keep your back straight to lift instead of bending over at the hips to lift will be a preventative approach to good back health.
However, back pain can prevail so to relieve some of this discomfort I have created Cabea Babybellyband an abdominal support band with superior support.  The band is Velcro adjustable so no matter how large your belly grows, the band grows with you!  Plus is has Velcro compatability all over so if you develop other issues during pregnancy, you can add on under bands for vulvar varicosity support or shoulder bands for an amazing lift to the abdomen.  The shoulder bands really add more relief to abdominal and back
pain.

I do have to admit that I get pleasure from studying your blog, even when I do not concur with you. I guess the primary factor is to make folks feel. One of these days I'll get around to starting a blog. It'll possibly be more for blowing off steam and less helpful than yours is though. Maintain writing and I'll keep reading.

Pregnant women are very prone to this pain because they are carrying their baby in their tummy.
